Countering Harassment Lawsuits

Mr. President, here again we have to repeat how the class action law firms are growing by leaps and bounds. Most major corporations have no idea how to fight them, Not long ago Publix grocery chain was sued for 85 million and they elected not to go to court at all. They just gave the firm the cash.

Harassment claims in some cases are very hard to prove. In others, it's easy. Again, we repeat, a faulty harassment claim might not even come up if the employee signed an agreement in the application that they would take a test in a "On going investigation." If it's a false claim the subject will refuse to take the test. If it's true, they will. At least the company will have accurate readings and will know how to apply a remedy.

In other tests administered confessions were made that the subject was approached by the law firm and promised lot's of cash if she would go along.
