Please remember that there are only two ways to eliminate mass employee theft, and that is through the utilization of undercover or polygraph, or a combination of both. Triple I suggests that every major corporation have a paragraph in their employment application where in the case of an "on going investigation" that they will agree to take a polygraph test, and they must sign it to be employed. This accomplishes several benefits. Firstly he or she knows that the company will not put up with irregularities. They will think twice about stealing because they remember saying they would agree to a polygraph test. If they have been sent there by a class action law firm to incite employees, they will again think twice when they sign the application. It's the best theft deterrent there is. And if they signed the agreement, and if they refuse to take a test they can be legally terminated.
